The service
CvNexio generates job application documents (CVs, cover letters, interview preparation) from material you provide. Generated content is based on your own CV — you are responsible for verifying its accuracy before submitting it to employers.
Credits & payments
Credits are one-time purchases processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Credits never expire. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided no credits from that purchase have been used.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to use, not to attempt to disrupt the service, and not to use automated tooling to abuse the generation pipeline.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". CvNexio is not liable for hiring outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
