What we collect
We collect the information you provide directly: your account details (name, email), uploaded CV documents, and job descriptions you submit for analysis. Payment details are processed by Paddle and never touch our servers.
How we use it
Your CV and job description data are used solely to generate your application package. Documents are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing and are not used to train models. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Data retention
Generated packages and uploads stay in your account so you can access your history. You can delete your data at any time by contacting support@cvnexio.com. Account deletion removes all associated documents and generations.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and a preference cookie for your theme choice. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
